Our Teaching Team
Our team shares a genuine passion and love for teaching young students. Each member is committed to nurturing confidence, creativity, and personal growth, creating a positive and encouraging space where children feel supported and valued. All of our teachers hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC), ensuring a safe and secure environment for every student in our care.
Meet Natalie Belleli
Natalie’s own journey in the performing arts started at just three years old. She trained at Sydney’s iconic Phillip Street Theatre during its celebrated era and built a career across stage and screen before turning her focus to education. That foundation shaped the philosophy behind Stars: technique first, real-world insight and a joyful environment always.
Since 1986, Natalie has guided thousands of students through structured, skill-based training designed to build both craft and character. Her approach is simple: nurture the individual, and create an environment where young performers feel supported, challenged and inspired.

Shaping Performing Artists Since 1986
It all started with a handful of small classes and a big dream to create a space where young students could simply explore. Natalie Belleli, a passionate dancer and performer, wanted to teach singing, dancing and acting in a nurturing, supportive environment - one that was almost unheard of at the time.
Very quickly the school grew from its humble beginnings to a custom-built studio in Mascot where the focus is on more than just performing. Here, children develop confidence, coordination and social skills that benefit them for life.
While many studios rely on very young teachers in their 20s who often struggle to connect with children, Natalie brings almost four decades of teaching experience and a unique ability to understand and guide young students. This connection makes every class an experience that inspires growth, creativity and joy. Her teaching method is taught to all teachers that enter the school, to ensure that connection is there for all classes, all students.
Over the years, Stars has produced countless performances, graced stages all over the State, launched Stars Musical Theatre Company and proudly watched generations of young performers grow. Many former students now return with their own children, a true testament to the legacy Natalie has built.
